Order Processing & Shipping:
- Production Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
- Delivery Time: Average shipping times across Australia & New Zealand ranges from 2 -10 business days. Please note, delivery times may vary in certain regions.
- Tracking Information: Tracking numbers will be emailed to you within 1-4 business days after your order ships. If you haven't received your tracking information after 5 business days, please contact us HERE.
Returns & Refunds:

Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order free of charge, as long as it hasn't yet been shipped. If your order has already shipped, please use our easy return process to receive a full refund.
Australian Made Products:
While we aim to offer Australian-made products in the future, we currently source them from various locations to ensure the best quality and value for our customers. We are actively working towards establishing local manufacturing within Australia to support the economy and create local jobs. Your purchase helps us bring this vision closer to reality.
Incorrect Address:
If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, please reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours with the correct address or reach out to us HERE. We can update your address before shipment to avoid delays. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes or offer refunds after 24 hours.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please allow 3-12 business days for your order to arrive.
